What are the immediate challenges you faced when you took over the helm, and how did you overcome them?

Covid-19 pandemic hits shortly after assuming leadership. The demand landscape shifted unpredictably, while shortages of essential raw materials and surging shipping costs added further complexities. In response, our robust business continuity plan proved instrumental, leveraging the strength of our three global manufacturing plants and a resilient network of suppliers. This foundation enabled us to maintain production and meet evolving market needs.

 

Moreover, I introduced a comprehensive categorization model, which synergized financial, commercial, and operational considerations. By aligning these parameters, we gained a holistic view that facilitated swift decision-making regarding resource allocation and the utilization of limited raw materials.

 

In the past 30 years of the family business, what are the important aspects that must be preserved and guarded?

Foremost among these aspects is an unwavering commitment to never compromise on quality standards. Our responsibility to our customers is paramount, as they trust us to deliver products of the highest caliber they can rely on.
