Embrace Sustainability at Mummy’s Market Baby Fair

In an ever-evolving world where sustainability takes center stage, Freshening remains steadfast in its commitment to being a greener and more environmentally responsible enterprise.

As we gear up for the upcoming Mummy’s Market Baby Fair, we are excited to share our small yet persistent efforts to reduce our environmental footprint. We wholeheartedly invite our customers to join us on this journey towards a more eco-conscious and sustainable future.

Bring Your Own Bag (BYOB): Reducing Plastic Waste

One of the key sustainability initiatives we are rolling out at the Baby Fair is the “Bring Your Own Bag” campaign. We recognize the significant impact of single-use plastic bags on the environment, and we want to play our part in reducing this waste. To encourage our customers to adopt a more eco-friendly approach, we will be imposing a nominal charge for plastic bags at our stalls.

Alternatively, customers can choose to purchase a durable Zappy reusable bag for just $1. This not only eliminates the need for single-use plastic bags but also serves as a convenient and eco-conscious way to carry their purchases.

Caps for Wipes: A Rewarding Recycling Initiative

Many parents rely on resealable wipes for their little ones, and these wipes often come with plastic caps. These caps are great in keeping the wipes moist for a longer period of time after opening. However, when not properly disposed of, contribute to plastic waste in our environment.

To address this issue, we encourages customers to return the plastic caps from our resealable wipes. For every cap returned, we will reward customers with a packet of Zappy Ultimate Antiseptic Wipes containing 10 sheets.

The Zappy Baby Wipes/ Baby Pure Wipes (80 sheets resealable) and the Zappy Alcohol Wipes (50 sheets resealable) are products that come with caps.

We believe collectively, small changes can lead to substantial progress in the battle against environmental degradation. Every plastic cap returned is a step toward reducing plastic waste in landfills and oceans. Every reusable bag used is one less plastic bag polluting our environment. These seemingly small changes, when adopted by many, can have a significant and positive impact on our planet.

Join us at the Mummy’s Market Baby Fair and be a part of these green initiatives!
