Meet The Team – Fiah, The Backbone of Support

Meet Fiah, our Sales Support Manager who has been a part of the Freshening family for the past decade. Known for her remarkable efficiency and steadfast dedication, Fiah is the go-to person when it comes to ensuring smooth operations across all departments. Her role is critical—she manages the admin side of every sales order, coordinates deliveries, and guarantees that each order is fulfilled with precision.

Fiah’s reliability is her trademark; her colleagues trust her implicitly to get the job done and keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes.

What do you like most about working at Freshening?

As cliché as it sounds, Freshening truly feels like a family to me. We have a great balance here—there’s always room for laughter, but when it’s time to work, everyone is focused and committed. I really appreciate the open atmosphere, where even conversations with the Directors can be casual and fun. It’s such a supportive environment that I never feel restrained or hesitant to reach out and talk to my colleagues about anything.

What is your favourite product?

Undoubtedly, the Zappy Instant Stain Remover Wipes! They work wonders every time— quick, effective, and a total lifesaver for unexpected spills.

What motivates you at work?

My workaholic self – When I see a mountain of orders, it doesn’t intimidate me but instead drives me to get it all done! There’s something so satisfying about that. Plus, I get to have a bit of fun annoying my colleagues along the way! Knowing I can bring that energy into the team while keeping things running smoothly keeps me motivated every day.

Tell us about your cats!

My cats are absolutely amazing toddlers— like my kids and my pride and joy! They’re mischievous and playful, and each of them has their own unique way of showing love. It’s always nice to go home each day to these cats. They bring so much joy and laughter into my life!
