Meet Jasmine, an integral part of our team since 2018, bringing energy and expertise as our Retail Sales Manager. She’s the driving force behind ensuring that our products are a staple wherever you shop. With an amazing team of merchandisers by her side, Jasmine works tirelessly to secure prime shelf space, organize eye-catching displays, and collaborate with store managers to boost sales.

From launching exciting new products to running impactful promotions, Jasmine’s mission is clear: making Zappy a brand you can find and love everywhere.

Known for her fun personality, Jasmine is not only a powerhouse in the field but also a joy to be around. You’ll definitely hear her voice in meetings, always open to sharing experiences, feedback, and ideas.

What do you like most about working in Freshening?

What I appreciate most about working here is the excellent work-life balance. We rarely have to work on days off or after hours, allowing me to fully disconnect and recharge. I also value the continuous learning opportunities, whether through formal training or taking on new challenges. The company encourages a mindset of seizing opportunities, and I embrace that fully.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

Someone once told me, “If others can achieve it, there’s no reason you can’t conquer it too.”

It’s become a driving force in my journey, pushing me to embrace challenges and believe in my own potential to achieve great things.

What do you enjoy doing outside work hours?

Cooking brings me a sense of relaxation – creating delicious and visually appealing dishes is my way of unwinding and de-stressing after a busy day at work.

If you’re an animal, what would you be and why?

If I were an animal, I’d be a sea turtle!

They are strong, resilient, and methodical, moving with purpose yet embodying peace and patience. Like the sea turtle, I value home and stability, and I find joy in spending time with loved ones, reflecting their nurturing and protective nature.

Sea turtles also teach the power of resilience, finding wisdom in persistence and focusing on long-term goals— traits I strive to embody in both my personal and professional life.
