20 Years with You

Celebrating Zappy’s 20th birthday felt extra special because Zappy has never been just about products — it has been about people, families, and the everyday moments we’ve shared together.

We’ve become part of people’s everyday moments — caring for little ones from their very first days in hospitals, supporting young adults as they navigate school and work, and accompanying households through different seasons, including the pandemic. Many have used our products personally for years and now choose them for their children too. Being present in these milestones is what makes our journey so special.

This long, meaningful relationship with our community is why we chose to celebrate this milestone with an intimate birthday party together with our biggest and closest supporters. Held right at our office, the gathering gave our special guests a chance to tour our Experience Gallery, discover how Zappy’s range of products has evolved, and see how far the brand has come.

The party itself was filled with heartfelt moments. We played games, laughed together, and bonded over snacks and drinks. Guests also got hands-on and created their own personalised charms and hand sanitiser — a meaningful keepsake they crafted themselves. On top of that, everyone brought home a thoughtfully packed goodie bag as our way of saying thank you.

To us, the greatest value lies in the precious moments spent together – connecting with our supporters and getting to know them on a more personal level.

Choosing an intimate gathering over an extravagant media and influencer-led event felt right — because our fans have always been at the heart of our journey.

As we look back, we’re grateful for every step of our growth. Zappy has grown up too — including our beloved mascot. With three generations over the years, each one reflected a chapter of our story. And now, our current mascot is here to stay, symbolising the brand we’ve become: warm, relatable, and committed to caring for families in a way that feels personal.
