Freshening Singapore serves as the group’s manufacturing hub and is the centre for the firm’s research and development. It ensures that all products under the Freshening flagship adhere to stringent international standards. As the global headquarters, it manages and provides expertise support to its global fleet of Freshening business partnerships. Freshening holdings is the brand owner for all its established brands designed for various segment of the market. It is also responsible for the selection and appointment of partners and distributors.

Freshening Malaysia

Three years of impressive sales propelled and shaped this Freshening Sales Office in 2006 into a key subsidiary in 2009. Freshening Malaysia also houses Freshening Branding Centre (FBC) which reports to its Global Headquarters in Singapore. With its own accomplished and talented team consisting of art directors, copy writers and designers, the FBC is tasked to deliver impactful creative concepts from logo designs to product packaging. Furthermore, the team manages the advertising and promotional aspects of the existing range of house brands and agency brands, lending its invaluable marketing know-how to extend Freshening’s business frontiers.

Freshening Indonesia

Freshening Indonesia operates under the name of PT Freshening Indonesia. It began as a sales office for Smartowel but exceptional sales within the year enabled the company to run its own production facility. On the heels of its resounding success, Freshening Indonesia ventured into Food Services Product Distribution in 2012. Further growth is expected to come with the opportunities presented to convert its present clientele into users of food service products.

Freshening Hongkong

Started in early 2006, Freshening Hong Kong continues to perform as Freshening Singapore’s main marketing arm in Hong Kong and Macau. Here, Freshening HK’s vast pool of reputable clients includes the United Italian Group, Tao Heung Group, and Cathay Pacific Airlines. It also includes majority of Macau’s casinos through collaborations with local partners. Concurrent aggressive marketing and promotional activities have been done to promote the ZAPPY brand in the Hong Kong retail market, where our “Made in Singapore” wipes has received tremendous response from the local and China mainland consumers.

Freshening Shenzhen

With the steady growth of customer base, Freshening Shenzhen opened its doors in 2016 with the aim of boosting Freshening’s increasing production volume. All products undergo stringent quality checks to ensure compliance to product safety, hygiene and quality requirements of the China and Singapore Consumer Law before being exported to Freshening offices globally.
