TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Information on how to participate in the Home Care Spend N’ Win (the “Draw”) and the Draw Rules (as stated below) form the Terms and Conditions.
• All persons participating in the Draw (the “Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• The Draw is organized by Freshening Industries Pte Ltd, of 53 Loyang Drive, Singapore 508957 (the “Organiser”).
• Promotion is open to all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Non-Permanent Residents who are:
  • • Residing in Singapore
    • Aged 18 years and above. Participants below the age of 18 shall obtain necessary consent from their parents/ legal guardians before participating in this Draw, and submitting any personal information, and shall furnish such proof of consent should organizers require it
    • Employees of Freshening Industries Pte Ltd, and the immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Draw
    • By participating in the Draw, each Participant represents and warrants that he/she has met the eligibility criteria stated in these Terms and Conditions.

• A draw will be conducted at the end of campaign (15 June 2025) at 53 Loyang Drive, Singapore 508957.
• Winners will be notified via email by the Friday of the following week.
• Participants must ensure that they remain contactable at all times. If the Organiser fails to contact any winner for any reason whatsoever, it may at its discretion elect to determine another winner in accordance with the Draw mechanism.
• The winner shall accept the prize “as is” and agrees and acknowledges that the Organiser shall be under no obligation to entertain any request by the winner to change any aspect of the prize.
• All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item and shall be subject to such further terms and conditions which the Organiser and/or any relevant third parties may impose.
• Participants are entitled to submit multiple entries. However, eligible Participant is entitled to win a maximum of one (1) prize.
• The Organiser may, without notice and at any time, make changes to the Draw mechanics or prizes. The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, exchange or substitute the prize for another prize of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice.
• By participating in the Draw, Participants consent to Freshening Industries Pte Ltd as well as their respective representative and/or agents the use of their personal information in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Draw and agree to Freshening Industries Pte Ltd’s Personal Data Protection Policy. The Organiser may collect and use your personal data for any or all of the following purposes:
  • To administer this Draw, including to contact Participant and to conduct verification and other actions in connection with the Draw
  • For promotional, advertising or activities which the Organiser believes may be of interest to the Participant
• To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with the Draw and prizes, and each Participant and any person acting on his/ her behalf shall indemnify the Organiser from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith.
• The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate the Draw or vary, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to any person.
• The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to this Draw will be final, binding and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence will be entertained.
