– Sample size, variant, and quantity are subject to availability and are non-exchangeable.

– Limited to one (1) sample per individual and/or household, based on email address, contact number, and delivery address. Any duplication across these details will render the request invalid.

– No resale of free samples is permitted.

– Free samples are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
