The model, colour, and specifications of the Prize will be determined solely by the Organiser.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives.

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ROUND TRIP TO JAPAN

The prize is one (1) pair of round-trip economy class airline tickets to Japan

The prize is valid only for direct return flights from Singapore to a selected eligible Japanese destination.

Eligible departure/arrival locations must have direct flights to/from Singapore.

The Prize includes economy class airfare only and does not include domestic flights within Japan, visa fees, travel insurance, taxes and surcharges (unless explicitly stated otherwise), accommodation, transfers, meals, baggage fees beyond the airline’s standard allowance, or any other expenses.

Airlines and flight schedules will be selected at the Organiser’s sole discretion. Specific carriers, routes, and flight dates/times may vary and are subject to availability.

The Prize is valid only for travelers who are Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs).

All travel under the Prize must be completed on or before 31 December 2025. Any travel not completed by this date will be forfeited, and no compensation, extension, or replacement will be provided.

The winner must provide all required passenger details and confirm preferred travel dates at least two (2) months prior to the intended travel date.

Once issued, airline tickets are subject to the carrier’s standard terms and conditions. The Organiser is not responsible for any cancellation, delay, change of schedule, or other irregularities that may occur.

No changes, cancellations, or upgrades are permitted once the Prize has been confirmed, except at the winner’s cost and subject to airline rules.

Participants cannot choose or request specific brands, places, or shops for the vouchers.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
