TERMS & CONDITIONS
Information on how to participate in the WIPE N’ WIN WITH ZAPPY (the “Draw”) and the Draw Rules (as stated below) form the Terms and Conditions. All persons participating in the Draw (the “Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
The Draw is organized by Freshening Industries Pte Ltd, of 4 Loyang Link, Singapore 508895 (the “Organiser”).
Promotion is open to all Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Non-Permanent Residents who are:
- Residing in Singapore
- Aged 18 years and above. Participants below the age of 18 shall obtain necessary consent from their parents/ legal guardians before participating in this Draw, and submitting any personal information, and shall furnish such proof of consent should organizers require it
- Employees of Freshening Industries Pte Ltd, and the immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Draw
- By participating in the Draw, each Participant represents and warrants that he/she has met the eligibility criteria stated in these Terms and Conditions.
The qualifying period for the Draw is 1 January 2024 to 31 March 2024 (both dates are inclusive).
DRAW RULES
STEP 1: Participants who purchase the participating products from participating supermarkets or dine-in at participating restaurants during the qualifying period will stand a chance to obtain the Draw eligibility found on the inner side of the wipe packaging of Zappy Ultimate Antiseptic Wipes – Chinese New Year 2024 edition.
The Draw eligibility indicates the message “YOU’VE WON” on the inner side of the wipe packaging.
Only Participants with the winning message on the inner side of the wipe packaging can proceed to STEP 2.
STEP 2: Participants must scan the QR code found on the inner side of the wipe packaging and submit all necessary fields, including a photo of the wipe.
Multiple entries submitted using the same wipe will be invalid and disqualified.
Only entries that are considered as complete and correct by the Organiser will be eligible for the Draw/ collection of prize.
Only winners who present the original physical wipe packaging will be entitled to receive the prize.
PRIZES
The draw will be conducted at 4 Loyang Link, Singapore 508895.
Winners will be notified via email by 19 April 2024, 23:59.
Participants must ensure that they remain contactable at all times. If the Organiser fails to contact any winner for any reason whatsoever, it may at its discretion elect to determine another winner in accordance with the Draw mechanism.
The winner shall accept the prize “as is” and agrees and acknowledges that the Organiser shall be under no obligation to entertain any request by the winner to change any aspect of the prize. The Organiser makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied Terms and Conditions with respect to the prizes awarded in the Draw.
The winner must present the original physical wipe packaging in exchange for the prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of prize.
All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item and shall be subject to such further terms and conditions which the Organiser and/or any relevant third parties may impose.
Eligible Participant is entitled to win a maximum of one (1) prize.
The Organiser may, without notice and at any time, make changes to the Draw mechanics or prizes.
The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, exchange or substitute the prize for another prize of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice.
All physical prizes must be collected from Freshening Industries Pte Ltd, located at 4 Loyang Link, Singapore 508895 within 1 month from the time of notification.
Prizes not collected within the stated collection time frame will be forfeited.
PERSONAL DATA
By participating in the Draw, Participants consent to Freshening Industries Pte Ltd as well as their respective representative and/or agents the use of their personal information in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Draw and agree to Freshening Industries Pte Ltd’s Personal Data Protection Policy.
The Organiser may collect and use your personal data for any or all of the following purposes:
- To administer this Draw, including to contact Participant and to conduct verification and other actions in connection with the Draw
- For promotional, advertising or activities which the Organiser believes may be of interest to the Participant
To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser will not be responsible or liable for any loss, injury, death, claim or damage suffered by any person arising out of or in connection with the Draw and prizes, and each Participant and any person acting on his/ her behalf shall indemnify the Organiser from any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred in connection therewith.
The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate the Draw or vary, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions at any time at its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to any person.
The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to this Draw will be final, binding and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence will be entertained.
